Lodging a Complaint with the Fair Trading Commission:
To lodge a complaint with the Fair Trading Commission (“the Commission”), the following steps should be taken:
- All Complaints are required to be lodged via the completion and submission of the online Complaints Form – click here to access the Complaints Form.
Copies of any relevant supporting documents can also be submitted via fax (623-5445), post or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be advised that you can also:
- Send your complaint via email using the following email address: email@example.com.
- You may also in the alternative, choose to visit the office of the Commission during its business hours where the complaint can be delivered in writing using the Complaints Form, or seek assistance from one of the Commission’s staff if required.
